DNS

The Domain Name System (DNS) connects human-readable domain names with records used by computers and Internet services. For example, DNS records can direct a website name to an IP address or identify the mail servers for a domain. This lets people use memorable names instead of remembering server addresses. Correct DNS configuration matters for websites and business email.
